About
I’m a technical writer by profession, a photographer by hobby, and a dedicated foodie by choice. Put those together and you get an obsessive desire to document my culinary adventures. Sometimes it’ll be recipes, sometimes reviews, sometimes random lusts, and other times just blathering.
I’ve been vegetarian on and off for most of my adult life, and vegan for a couple years now. As a result Beware, for here lie veggies.
A note on how I approach veganism:I’m not ‘aggressively’ vegan, in the sense that I aim for 95 to 98% rather than 100%, so that I don’t drive myself insane. Realistically? I probably manage 99.999%, because I do read labels faithfully, and almost always remember to ask waiters about what’s in my food, and so on. But by giving myself a couple percentage points worth of ’slip’, I don’t sweat some of the vegan grey areas (like using honey, and not asking bakeries whether their sugar’s vegan). YMMV, but that’s my approach.

perhaps its my personal lust for all things sweet, but your cookies ALWAYS look so incredibly delicious. so i was wondering if you have ever though of producing them for others to purchase??? i have so many thought going on here i dont want to overwhelm you… first i am hosting a recycled art craft show in march. i am looking for some food vendors, and vegan seems to be a fabulous choice following the environmentally friendly theme. second. i am looking to open a shop (in like 6 months) for a cluster of these recycled artists… and i want to join it with a cafe/dessert to offer more to the customers. like starbucks and chapters, but with environmentally friendly works.
the site for the shows is http://reclaimedcraft.wordpress.com if you want more info, or email me at litlwon@gmail.com if you just wanna meet and chat…
keep up the yummy cooking (and your photography is amazing too!!)
